Nello studio del Sayoc Kali e quindi nei vari livelli in cui è suddiviso il programma, è compreso lo sparring con bastoni (gommati nei primi livelli), coltelli e spade, oltre al lancio del coltello, test di velocità nelle estrazioni e manipolazioni sotto stress.  Grande importanza viene data inoltre alle esercitazioni di gruppo, quali group sparring  (2 vs 2, 2 vs 3 ecc) e group tactics.Pamana Tuhon Chris Sayoc Tuhon Pat Caunsin Krishna Godhania
